Content & Personalization We review every request to keep messages safe, positive, and in the spirit of the season. We’ll do our best to include the details you share, but sometimes small creative changes are needed to keep the story magical and flowing naturally. 2. Delivery & Refunds We’ll send your video as soon as possible, but delivery times may vary—especially during the busy holiday season. Once work on your video begins, all sales are final. If your video isn’t delivered because of an error on our end, we’ll make it right. 3. Personal Use Only Your video is made just for you. Please don’t edit, repost publicly, resell, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. 4. Sharing Names and Stories By sending us your details, you confirm that you have permission to share the names, stories, and photos you include. You agree that Red Sled, LLC isn’t responsible for issues that might arise from the information you provide. 5. Disclaimer & Liability Our videos are made with care and creativity, but we can’t guarantee a specific emotional outcome or reaction. Red Sled, LLC and its team aren’t responsible for any kind of loss, disappointment, or misunderstanding related to your video. 6. Governing Law These terms follow the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be handled through Utah state or federal courts.
Refund Policy
By submitting this request, you also agree that because each video is custom-made and tailored to your specific request, all sales are final and non-refundable once production begins All sales are final once production begins. If we make an error or your order isn’t delivered, we’ll remake or refund it. Cancellations before production starts receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
